This morning in assembly we celebrated the amazing reading that took place over the Autumn term. As a school, we have read over 37 million words and passed 6228 quizzed on Accelerated Reader so far this academic year. 

Additionally, we celebrated all the children that achieved their Accelerated Reading target in the Autumn term. Each half term, children are set a reading target on Accelerated Reading to work towards by reading and quizzing on books within their reading range. A prize draw (to win a new book) took place this morning which included all the names that had met their target over the Autumn term. If children had met their target at the end of both half terms, their names were entered twice! Well done to all the children that met their target. Below are the photos of the prize-winners.
